Then, you’ll hit 20 minutes of compound lifts (barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, and bodyweight) to build raw strength. From there, we move into 20 minutes of accessory work tailored to your goals and conclude with a 10-minute cooldown and stretch to help lock in recovery.
