Every Sigma session is built to maximize your results in just 60 minutes. You’ll start with a 10-minute dynamic warm-up to prep your body, improve mobility, and prevent injuries. Then, you’ll hit 20 minutes of compound lifts (barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, and bodyweight) to build raw strength. From there, we move into 20 minutes of accessory work tailored to your goals and conclude with a 10-minute cooldown and stretch to help lock in recovery.
All of this happens in our private, high-performance facility. No distractions and no waiting around for equipment, just focused training with the tools you need: commercial-grade barbells, cable machines, resistance bands, and more. At Sigma, every session is structured, precise, and specifically curated to keep you progressing week after week.
