I’ve helped clients reach elite athletic milestones, but I’m just as passionate about guiding people toward weight loss, longevity, and simply moving with more confidence in daily life. As a U.S. Army veteran, I earned the Army Achievement Medal after scoring above the maximum score on the Army Physical Fitness Test, an experience that shaped my discipline and training philosophy. Outside of coaching, I studied and speak Arabic, I’m married to a medical student, and I’m a huge foodie who also loves movies and TV shows. Clients train with me because they know they’ll get a mix of grit, variety, and support that makes them both stronger and more capable for whatever their goals may be.
